We are open and operating as usual. All our products are handmade in Mexico and stocked in Mexico ready to be shipped worldwide.

*Once you have placed your order, be sure to enter all your shipping information. Including a contact telephone number and email. These will be exclusively used for our courier in case they need to send you notifications regarding your delivery.

For all our international shipments we use Tracked DHL Express.
Once the order has been sent, it will not be possible to cancel or change an order once the package has been sent.

Reclaims and refunds

All our products are made by the hands of artisans, for this reason there may be variations in color, size and shape. Each object is carefully inspected 3 times, in the workshop, upon arrival at our store and just before being packed to send it to you.
We discard all the pieces that clearly have alterations beyond those expected in a handmade process.                                                                                                                                                                                      
BECAUSE OF THE HAND-MADE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCT, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS

DAMAGES 

Once the package is received by you or someone at the delivery address, you have 48 hours to report anomalies due to physical damage or missing items in your order, after this period no claim can be made.

- It will be necessary to submit photographs of the item and packaging via email,

1 photo of each corner of the parcel with a top perspective view

1 photo of the top view of the box closed and 1 photo same view opened just in the same condition as it arrived at your address

1 photo of the pieces insisde of the box with the original packaging

1 photo of the damaged piece still with its original packaging

2 or 3 photos of the damaged piece in different angles

The photos should be sended to contact@lamuertetienepermiso.com

After receiving this images we can proceed with a refund or reposition of the damaged pieces.

 

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products and this being the special element and character of them, it is not possible for us to accept returns. We are sure that you will enjoy our objects very much, if you have any doubts about the objects or type of packaging that we use before placing your order, please contact us contact@lamuertetienepermiso.com and we will gladly provide you with more information in less than 12 hours.

In addition to the above reasons, it must be added that international returns can generate import taxes, these taxes would be paid by the customer, as well as the shipping costs from our warehouse to you and back, adding up all these expenses many times the same or greater than the cost of the product and the product would have to arrive safely in the same condition that it was sent in order for a refund to be possible.
